Zeibert brings more than 20 years of experience across banking, fintech, and mortgage technology. Most recently, he served as SVP of Third-Party Originations at Anchor Loans. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Mortgage and Capital Markets at FICO, where he founded and led the company’s Mortgage and Capital Markets division; contributing to more than $250 billion in loan volume and $1.33 trillion in eligible servicing additions while shaping FICO’s global mortgage strategy.
Earlier in his career, Zeibert held senior leadership roles at Nomis Solutions, where he launched and scaled a high-growth global mortgage solutions business, and at Ally Financial, where he helped build and scale Ally Home Loans, driving more than 200% year-over-year growth. He also spent several years at Bank of America, leading pricing, capital management, and analytics initiatives that significantly enhanced profitability and capital efficiency across consumer lending.
As a seasoned financial services executive, he is passionate about driving the industry forward though innovation and most specially through the use of productized analytics, delivering best in class AI/ML solutions to the world’s best financial institutions.
In addition to his financial services work, Joe is also deeply involved in his community, having served on many local non-profit boards, predominantly focused on learning and education.
At home, he is grounded by a strong family foundation. His wife is a dedicated therapist, his son is a martial arts black belt, which he earned alongside his dad, and is now a competitive wrestler who reflects that same discipline and drive, and his daughter brings energy, focus, and a love of competition to the field hockey field. As a family, they enjoy spending time together outdoors, especially hiking and biking.
