Lokesh joins the organization with a proven track record of building high-performing technology teams, driving innovation, and delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions across global markets.
With more than 27 years of experience in engineering, product development, and IT strategy, Pathak will lead Mortgage Cadence’s technology vision and execution, ensuring the company remains ahead of an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Prior to joining Mortgage Cadence, Pathak served as Vice President of Product Engineering, Development and Delivery, where he led the design, development and growth of major technology platforms and supported global business expansion. He is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur and has further honed his expertise through certifications in ‘Design Thinking’ and ‘Architecture of Systems’ from MIT USA.
As CIO, Lokesh will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, accelerating innovation, and driving adoption of AI and other advanced capabilities. He will play a pivotal role in taking Mortgage Cadence’s platforms to the next level as a best-in-class solution in the U.S. market, delivering powerful, scalable solutions that meet the needs of today’s mortgage lenders.
