Pedro J. Garcia

Pedro serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Mortgage Cadence. Pedro brings vast experience in Financial Services and Banking, having worked with clients around the world and serving as the Global Client Account Lead for one of the largest global banking client accounts in Accenture. Before this role, he was the Client Portfolio Lead for Financial Services in the LATAM region.

Pedro joined Accenture in 1985 and has spent most of his career in the Financial Services Industry. He has specialized in managing mergers and acquisitions and large transformational programs for global financial services players.

Outside of Accenture, he has been an active member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) and a member of the Senior Leadership Council of ALPFA in NY. More recently Pedro was awarded with the HITEC 100 in 2021 as one of the most influential and notable Hispanic professionals in the Technology Industry.

Pedro lives in New York with his wife Denise. They have three daughters.
