Jill Kivland

As Head of Finance, Jill oversees financial operations and strategic planning, driving financial health and optimizing performance across our business units.  

Jill joined Mortgage Cadence in 2023, previously holding several positions at Accenture.  With 20 years of experience at Accenture in acquisition integration, cost management and forecasting, she brings a proven ability to lead initiatives that deliver sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

Jill received her bachelor’s degree in finance from Illinois State University. She currently resides in Chicago with her husband and three children.
