Alec Calcutt

As Chief Operations Officer at Mortgage Cadence, Alec leads the company’s commercial and operational functions, providing strategic leadership across human resources, legal and compliance, contract management, and business operations.

Alec joined Mortgage Cadence in 2025, following six years in Accenture’s finance organization. Prior to that, he advised private equity and corporate clients in financial advisory and assurance roles at KPMG.

He earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from James Madison University and lives in Sausalito, California, with his wife.
