2019 Benchmarking Study Released

The 2019 Mortgage Cadence Annual Benchmarking Study is now available. This marks the seventh year the company has performed its study on mortgage lender performance. It is the only true apples-to-apples comparison of lender performance available in the industry.

Every year since 2012, we have studied client lender performance across five key performance indicators: Velocity, Borrower Share, Pull-Through, Productivity, and Cost-to-Close.

These five critical measurements, when taken together, tell lenders exactly how they are performing year over year, and provide a good management tool that informs decision making and reveals the institution’s progress in relation to competitors and changing market forces.
