Matt Hydrew

As EVP of Sales, Matt leads our sales team in full pursuit of new small, mid-market and enterprise business. He drives growth with both Services Center and Collaboration Center platforms and assists our Client Relations team to close complex client renewals. Also, Matt oversees Sales Operations, Sales Engineering and the new Commercial management department. Matt’s nine-year tenure in sales for MC and his extensive knowledge of our products and the industry makes him the ideal lead for this team.

Matt had been a part of the Mortgage Cadence team for 9 years and has lead the enterprise sales focus throughout that time. He has extensive knowledge of mortgage banking, lending and real estate, coupled with advanced technology solutions.

Matt resides in Suburban Cleveland, Ohio with his wife and 4-year old daughter. Technology is a cornerstone in Matt’s day to day life. Previously, Matt held a business development position at October Research Corporation, a national publishing and research firm focusing on mortgage banking, settlement services, compliance and the technology that spanned across those verticals. Prior experience also includes Merrill Lynch and Northwestern Mutual Investment Services. Matt received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from The University of Toledo.
