Webinar: Elements of an Effective Quality Control Plan and How To Create One

Tuesday, February 16, 2010 - Tuesday, February 16, 2010

The past year has seen significant changes within the Mortgage Industry, many With the burden on lenders to make drastic process modifications to their origination platforms in an effort to meet essential compliance requirements and the overwhelming demands of regulatory agencies and investors, lenders must reassess their business operations, identify areas that expose them to the greatest risk and insure that their platform has the necessary controls in place to originate compliance products.

This compliance webinar will focus on:

-Creating and executing an effective quality control plan to meet enhanced industry expectations by building a compliant origination process to reduce errors and guideline deviations before a loan closes as well as how to automate your origination and post-closing controls and mitigating the risk and cost associated with traditional manual processes

- Developing the necessary data controls and reporting mechanisms that will allow Executive/Senior Management to monitor and insure your institution meets your specific institutional risk parameters

- Repurchase risk, institutional risk, loan quality and other legal risks you may face. We will address recent enforcement actions and how to identify areas that may subject an institution to regulatory scrutiny

We hope that you will leave this webinar with the initiative and knowledge to progress into a better quality control process to succeed in 2010!
