When Guardian Mortgage Documents needed a high production form authoring application, they came to 3t Systems for the solution. The Form Authoring Toolkit 3t created is an application that allows Guardian to create customized forms and documents populated from an external data source. Within the Toolkit, basic forms are created and fields set to receive specific data from customers. Central to the Form Authoring Toolkit is the capability for users to create forms and processes that streamline repetitive business functions.

Guardian commissioned 3t Systems to create the Form Authoring Toolkit in 2001, and have been using fully functional versions of the software since July 2002. 3t Systems has been creating software solutions for the document industry for 5 years, and was pleased to create the application solely for use by Guardian Mortgage Documents.

With the Form Authoring Toolkit finalized, 3t Systems is continuing its work developing document production solutions for mortgage banking and other document-intensive industries.
