Mortgage Cadence launched Symphony this year, a scaled-down version of its Orchestrator LOS that’s geared toward midsize and regional mortgage lenders.

The system is Web-based and includes built-in document preparation and compliance tools. It utilizes rich Internet application technology, which provides smart client-like functionality in a browser-based SaaS offering.

Denver-based Mortgage Cadence also repositioned its Opus document management platform as a standalone subsidiary to better offer the technology to lenders not using its LOS.
