Mortgage Cadence, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise lending solutions (ELS) for the mortgage industry, has appointed Lisa Springer, executive vice president of sales. Springer boasts 14 years of experience in the mortgage industry with five years focused specifically on mortgage technology at Mortgage Cadence.

During the last five years, Springer has performed multiple roles within Mortgage Cadence with a primary focus on marketing, sales and sales training. Additionally, she has been tasked with creating sales planning and implementation strategies for multiple market segments while meeting the strategic goals outlined by prospects – increasing loan volume without increasing FTE, minimizing risk, or streamlining lending processes. In her most recent role, she coached the Mortgage Cadence sales team with targeted sales strategies to effectively close active pipeline deals.
