Mortgage Cadence Inc., Denver, a provider of enterprise lending products for the financial services industry, announced a process for ordering settlement services products through the company's partnership with RealEC Technologies Inc., Santa Ana, Calif., a provider of collaborative network products and services.

The partnership allows users of the Mortgage Cadence Orchestrator application to order settlement services' products electronically. The products include appraisal, AVM, flood, credit, mortgage insurance, title, escrow and closing services.
