In a recent Mortgage Technology newsletter article titled More Vendors to Exit Soon, several technology vendors expressed their viewpoint about the mortgage marketplace shrinking and seeing diminishing returns for the effort in this sapce. As a result of their estimations, they are abandoning their clients and setting sails for oceans in other vertical markets.
