Mortgage Cadence Inc., Denver, a provider of enterprise lending services for the mortgage industry, has been selected by Irvine, Calif.-based Family Lending Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Standard Pacific Corp., the eleventh-largest publicly traded home builder, to handle its eMortgage transition.
