Michael Detwiler oversees strategic planning for the overall operations of the company. He is responsible for sales, marketing and managing the Mortgage Cadence product suite and additional service offerings. Michael was recently named one of the Mortgage Banking Association's IT All Stars for his persistent accomplishments within the industry. Prior to his leadership at Mortgage Cadence, Michael was President of 3t Systems. During his tenure as President of 3t, the company was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the Top 500 Fastest Growing Companies for three consecutive years and ranked Number 3 for two consecutive years on Deloitte and Touche's "Colorado Technology Fast 50." Michael was also successful in overseeing Mortgage Cadence's selection by Mortgage Technology as a Top 100 Vendor.

John Levonick is responsible for working closely with Mortgage Cadence clients on identifying and managing compliance risk. In drawing from his advisory experience, John assists clients in interpreting compliance requirements, developing risk mitigation strategies and implementing the requisite controls within the Mortgage Cadence platform(s) to best protect the individual client. Prior to joining the Mortgage Cadence compliance team, John worked with creditors, servicers, secondary market participants and technology vendors in providing guidance on mortgage lending laws such as TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, FCRA/FACTA, ECOA, HMDA and GLBA (including fair lending, state anti-predatory and consumer credit). He was also responsible for overseeing the compliance content of vendor technology platforms, including policy tracking, interpretation and rule implementation. His experience as Chief Compliance Officer, Regulatory Counsel and Associate General Counsel in the mortgage lending industry has given him the skills to provide the guidance and direction required to navigate the challenges of a constantly changing regulatory environment. John earned his Bachelor of Arts from Eastern Connecticut State University and his J.D. from the University of Miami, School of Law. John is also a regular participant on numerous industry panels and has authored many articles. Some of his more recent features include:

Damir Matic began with Mortgage Cadence in 2003 as a Software Developer. His extensive and continued education and experience have guided the technical strategy enabling Mortgage Cadence to pursue new business and achieve unique profit gains while continuing to provide superior service to stakeholders. In 2008, Damir earned the Mortgage Cadence Visionary of the Year Award. Prior to joining Mortgage Cadence, Damir's passion for technology and software program coding led him to Encoda Systems, Inc., a software and automation provider to the broadcast industry. Hired as a full-time Programmer Analyst in 1999, Damir gained valuable software product development experience as well as first-hand experience on the role of essential product architecture to the success of an overall business strategy. In 2000, Damir graduated with honors from Regis University located in Denver, Colorado. He currently holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics.
