Trevor Gauthier
Executive Vice President, Enterprise Sales & Marketing
Trevor Gauthier’s responsibilities include enterprise sales, the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies, building cohesive and recognizable brands, content creation, market identification and segmentation, and recommending strategic approaches and executable plans to maximize sales activity and returns on investment. He previously held an executive marketing position at 3t Systems, Inc., a consulting company that provided information management and information technology services to a broad range of vertical industries, including construction and engineering, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and food and beverage. His prior experience also includes working for such companies as Lion, Inc., Clear Channel Communications and the Financial Group Ltd. Trevor received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Economics from Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management. The 2008 rebranding of Mortgage Cadence (Catch the RHYTHM), in which Trevor played a pivotal role, won the MarCom Platinum Award for corporate branding, an international creative competition that recognizes outstanding achievement by marketing and communication professionals.

Robert Jannotte
Executive Vice President, Product Management
Robert comes to Mortgage Cadence with a robust knowledgebase of Mortgage Banking compiled from his 14 years of experience in the Mortgage Origination and Servicing domain. His deep understanding of the business has allowed him to successfully provide technology solutions to complex business problems in ever-changing environments. Robert started on the business side at American Home Mortgage and quickly moved over to technology where he helped the company grow from a small regional mortgage bank to a Top 10 Lender in Retail, Wholesale and Correspondent lending. Robert was responsible for the growth and development of the company’s LOS and POS, was a member of the Executive Management Committee and helped integrate 16 companies that American Home acquired in his time there. He has also held senior technology positions with Lehman Brothers, Prospect Mortgage Company where he specialized in Product Management and large scale system integrations. Most recently, Robert was the Chief Technology Officer at Bridgefield Mortgage Corp, a mortgage servicer specializing in distressed asset servicing, successfully redesigning the organization’s Disaster Recovery Plan and was an integral part in helping Bridgefield obtain its SAS70 certification. Robert received his Bachelor’s Degree from S.U.N.Y at Stony Brook and also completed extensive course work at St. John’s University School of Law.

Chuck Kimball
Executive Vice President, Product Experience
Chuck Kimball has over 15 years experience in the mortgage banking and lending industry and over 25 years within the software industry. He joined Mortgage Cadence in 2005 and brings an inclusive working knowledge of strategic product management. He was responsible for the creation of the Mortgage Cadence Advisory Group (MCAG), a group that provides customer guidance and feedback on development initiatives and product direction. In addition, Chuck assists the sales and marketing departments by providing industry knowledge and identifying current and future trends and issues. Before coming to Mortgage Cadence, Chuck worked for a competing lending platform where he provided industry and product support to the sales team and participated in product development and future enhancement strategy. He also worked for Wachovia Bank, in both the technology and business management sectors of the organization. At Wachovia, Chuck presided over the integration and implementation of a new client/server origination system and managed a team of 80 business analysts, testers, project managers, and support desk analysts. Chuck also managed the technical priority process as well as the development and management of the technical division's budget. Chuck earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi in Economics as well as a Master of Business Administration in Management from the University of Mississippi.

Randy Loghry
Executive Vice President, Customer Care
Randy oversees many operational aspects at Mortgage Cadence including the Project Management, IT, Customer Support and Quality Assurance departments as the executive vice president of client care. Randy leverages his 20+ years of financial services experience to work on both the business side as well as the technology side of the industry. His line to senior management experience in financial services operations, relationship management, strategic execution and technology crosses mortgage banking, retail and commercial lending, insurance, brokerage, portfolio management and structured finance. Randy also intimately understands client needs and perspectives through his prior client-facing roles at Norwest Bancorp (Wells Fargo), Merrill Lynch, SunGard, Scottrade, Home American Mortgage (Richmond American Homes), Aurora Loan Services (Lehman Brothers) and Charles Schwab. Randy earned his bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Wyoming.

Brad Thompson
Executive Vice President, Professional Services and Alliance Partnerships
Brad Thompson and his team are responsible for overseeing the client management, technical implementation, document compliance and business development for Mortgage Cadence, LLC. Prior to joining Mortgage Cadence, Brad served as the Director of Financial Services for Mortgage Cadence's sister company 3t Systems, where he was responsible for managing and delivering IT consulting services to the financial sector spanning small regional banks to large multi-national financial institutions. Brad holds an MBA from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business as well as an undergraduate degree in Public Relations from Colorado State University.
